Russia's capital is the most expensive city to book a hotel room, according to travel firm HRG. Moscow's average room rate rose 7% from last year to $475. New York City was No. 2 at $352, followed by Dubai at $338. Growing business travel to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar have boosted rates overall in the Middle East by 14%, Travelmole.com said. It said European cities also have seen price increases. and business travelers who book at the last minute have contributed sharp price increases.
